Plugin Usage Statistic

My Usage Statistic plugin has been activated but nothing appears on the “download data”… error status " Download data is not yet available"
I am referring to the step for activating the plugin “https://openjournaltheme.com/docs/plugins/how-to-configure-usage-statistic-on-ojs”
I have the UsageStats folder with the UsageEventLogs folder.

I am using ojs 3.1.1.2,
|PHP version|7.4.26|
|Apache version|nginx/1.25.0|
|Database driver|mysqli|
|Database server version|8.0.33|

Hello @ryann2k1 … Is your Acron plugin also enabled? I think that plugin fires up the usage log processing upon page access.

Hi again @bozana Thanks a lot for your response, Again you help me to resolve my doubts. However I have a doubt yet. The Usage Statistics Plugin doesn’t generate the calculated number of download on the fly?. I mean if in this moment I would download 3 times the PDF of an article, this new number of downloads doesn’t appear inmediatly in the graph? If it is’nt that way. How long does it take to render that new data in the graph? I have thought that the plugin doesn’t show the graph for my arti…
