Plugin Update Issue in OJS 3.5.0.4

Describe the issue or problem
I have recently upgraded my OJS version to OJS 3.5.0.4 and all plugins update are showing but when I click for update then it appears that the plugin is latest and newer version already installed.

What application are you using?

HI @PRAKASHRAJ_KUMAVAT ,

Have you created a brand new OJS 3.5.0.4 install, imported the database, and then upgraded? Also, does this happen with all plugins you try do upgrade? This error usually comes up with one or two plugins, not all plugins.
