Plugin paperbuzz not working OJS 3.1.2.1

Hi all

I recently enable the plugin of papperbuzz in OJS, my magazine has DOI but the articles almetrics are not showing up. I would like toknow if it is a bug or if some other configuration is needed thanks you for the help

Hi all,

If you’re downloading a zip file from the PKP paperbuzz repository, you’re probably working with the wrong file. Get the .tar.gz package for your OJS from the “Releases” area of the git repository, or better still, use the Plugin Gallery from within OJS to install the plugin.

Hi all,
I read other posts but I didn’t find a solution of this. I installed paperbuzz from Plugin Gallery and in debian installed libjs-d3 and libjs-d3-tip. On article page I have still “Metrics loading…” and nothing more.
What can I do with this ?
