Is it true that there is a plugin under preparation which would allow for submitting PDFs automatically to an archiving institution? If so is there any word on when this might be completed (in our case we should be archiving our content with Deutsche Nationalbibliothek)?

Yes, it is true that a plugin for the deposit of OJS articles in DNB is in preparation, but I don’t know when it will be completed. I think it will surely take a few months.
