How to add cross-deleted plugins to add back again, if I can ask for the plugin link

It sounds like you’re asking about OJS. What version of OJS are you using? What do you mean by “cross-deleted plugins”?
If you’ve deleted a built-in plugin and want to add it again, check the download package, in the plugins directory.
