don not include OJS 3.3.

This issue was alredy discussed in the following post that was already closed, so it was impossible to write there:

Hi! On PKP Plugins compatibility list https://pkp.github.io/plugin-compatibility/index.html version 3.3 is no longer available. Is it intentional? [obraz] Regards

Hi @razzi,

Thanks for reporting this. We’ve resolved the issues with the PKP plugin compatibility website, and you can now see plugin compatibility for 3.3 and 3.4.
