PLN plugin for OJS 3.1.2-1

Hi OJS Team,

  • Application Version: OJS 3.1.2-1
  • Description of issue: I want to enable PKP Preservation Network but the website alert me “A plugin was not specified and is required.”. After search and check on forum, I think that missing “PLN plugin”.
    In addition, I also see seem that PLN plugin not support OJS3.x yet…

May I know that my understanding is correct?
If yes, we can expect PLN plugin to release for OJS3 soon? Or, it’s already released and I can downloaded anywhere?
