One journal, multilingual (PT, US, ES), installed OJS earlier this year, 8 past issues with total of 92 articles (imported by QuickSubmit plugin).
We’re not getting the PKP PN plugin to work…
We’ve done everything in the read.me troubleshooting section, we have PEAR working, schedule_tasks are On in config.inc.php, we’ve even uninstalled the plugin, manually removed every reference in the database and installed it again (it even assigned a new Journal Identifier - DC63C88F-1430-44EF-A49C-760E17B9341E), but it still shows “Network Status: The PKP PLN does not know about this journal yet” after 48 hours (if I understood it right, the journal should be included in a 24h period…)
The issues are still pending, but it can take up to a week.
Thank you for your question. The PKP PN starts packaging content to be deposited within 24 hours to 48 hours of configuration and new issue publication but will take a few days to go through the whole cycle.
If it has been over 24 hours without a status update can you please provide your journal title and URL in a response?
My colleague has taken a look at the journal and has indicated that there may be an issue with your configuration. Your URL (https://rper.aper.pt/index.php/rper/gateway/plugin/PLNGatewayPlugin) should be returning some XML, but is not. He has suggested taking a look at your web server logs as well as your schedule task logs.
I hope that this clarification is helpful, but please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Kind Regards,
Patricia

Your web server’s error logs should provide some useful information. The location of the error log files depends on the server and the configuration, so I can’t really help you find them.
You can also look for errors in your scheduled task logs, which should be in files/scheduledTaskLogs/PKPPNDepositorTask-*.log. The files are dated, so only the most recent one or two need to be checked.
Hello
I work with rui in RPER

“Tarefa agendada interrrompida.” means that the scheduled task was interrupted. It could be that your server ran out of memory or a required library is missing. What do your web server logs say at 2021-05-11 09:36:36?

While you do that you should also check that the PHP/Pear library Archive_Tar is installed and functioning. I don’t see any issues related to the plugin in your logs, so that’s my best guess.
