Description of issue or problem I’m having:
We are having difficulty getting the pkp pn ojs plugin to work correctly. It seemed to start but got stuck on the first journal’s first two articles. I have been able to disable, but not reset the articles for the journal. The plugin is enabled and terms have been refreshed and agreed to. Can you point us in the right direction as to where to look for errors? Or is there a way to delete these entries so automation can continue?
Steps I took leading up to the issue:
The PKPPN log did not show successfully completed.

Downloaded article data with Native XML and have no issues.
Default 500 php error
What I tried to resolve the issue:
Confirmed all settings correct as document suggests, ensured agree to terms, plugin is enabled at Admin and journal level.

Does not go beyond the one journal. Additional journals we are working to include:
Studies in African Linguistics, The Journal of Civic Information, and SOURCE" The Magazine of the University of FLorida
So last night it seemed to go through all journals, but failed to connect to pkp pn

It is possible that the plugin was installed incorrectly. Re-download to ensure latest code.
Deleted plugin, cleared cache, deleted tables, cleared cache, reinstalled plugin, cleared cache, Acton Rescheduled Tasks, Confirmed journals settings in pkp plugin.
Issues in progress have deleted, but pkp settings remained.
Hopefully tonight our harvest will be successful. @asmecher Any other suggestions to ensure correct setup and installation? Enhancement request to provided some testing and confirmation of correct installation. Email notification when journal accepted and processed would be great.
I can already see a few deposits successfully ingested in the last 24 hours – I think something is definitely behaving better! Please watch over the next couple of days to see if it looks good from your end.

@asmecher It attempted to start last night and appears to have hung up on the first journal’s two issues again. This time I was able to reset. So hopefully the plugin is installed correctly.
How long should we wait for processing? More than 12 hours seemed to be an error, but none showed. Just stick in Processing. Now in Pending, I assume this will kick off again with the next harvest cycle.
Much of this will now be initiated by the PKP|PN service, not your OJS install, and that can take some time to run through its list of journals and collect all data. It may take a few days before you’ll see content collected and messages updated.
