PKP PN | Multiple journals not listed on Keepers or PKP PN Journal List after over a month

Dear PKP Team,

We have enabled the PKP PN plugin and configured it properly for several journals that we manage. It has been more than a month since the initial setup, and the LOCKSS status indicates “in Agreement” for all of them. However, none of the journals appear on the PKP PN Journal List or the Keepers Registry.

We are using OJS version 3.4.0-8 for all of the journals listed below.

1. Education and Science

2. Turkish Journal of Pediatric Disease

3. Turkish Journal of Fam. Practice

We would appreciate it if you could verify whether there is any issue or delay in their inclusion in the PKP PN and Keepers Registry. Please let us know if any further action is required on our side.

Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards,

Hi!

Can you execute the following query against your database and share the output?

SELECT * FROM pln_deposits

Best,
Jonas Raoni

Hi @jonasraoni ,

Thank you for your response.

I’ve executed the query: “SELECT * FROM pln_deposits” and attached a screenshot of the result below for your review.

Additionally, I’d like to mention that we use OJS for multiple journals, and this issue appears to be affecting only the ones I listed in my original message. Other journals in our system using the same OJS version and PKP PN plugin are functioning as expected and appear on the PKP PN Journal List and Keepers Registry without issues.

Looking forward to your insights.

Best regards,

Thanks!

You’ve mentioned the deposits were in “In Agreement”, but this query didn’t return anything, which means, no deposits were created in this installation.

Please, check if:

  • The plugin is enabled
  • The terms were accepted: You can find it on the plugin settings
  • The scheduled tasks are being executed: the Acron plugin should be enabled or you should add entries to your OS task scheduler (e.g. `cron`)

If everything is ok, then you can forward me the latest log from the plugin task, available at the folder {$ojs_files_dir}/scheduledTaskLogs/ (the logs of this plugin start with “PKPPNDepositorTask-“) and the error log entries of your server (entries from 1 day ago is enough).

Best,
Jonas Raoni
