I have updated the plugin from the panel and manually from git. But it still doesn’t work. I’ve made a few changes that I found on the forums, but they haven’t helped either.
The meaning of the error message (which should be translated), is that our server failed to download the deposit from your journal. I’ll take a look at what’s happening and come back shortly.
Yeah, there’s a network issue, our server is unable to contact your one, the connection is timing out.
I might try to ask someone to take a look on it, to understand if it’s a firewall rule, on your side, you can do the same, and ensure you don’t have any kind of firewall blocking us (e.g. Cloudflare).
I’ve asked for some details regarding this network issue, but there’s nothing more I can do for now. In the future, I’m planning to change how the integration works, then as long as you can contact our server, everything will work.
I checked with my security team and they informed me that there are 2 active firewalls, so the rules for the plugin need to be created.
They asked for the ports and the address.
Could you please guide me with which ports would be needed and to which address?
