PKP PN - Error in log file

Hello,

We are trying to synchronize our institution's journals with the PKP-PN and we get the following error:
"PKP PN is not accepting deposits at this time."

Is there a problem with the configuration or that we can solve from here?

I have the same problem, as other users have reported. So far, no one has provided a plausible answer. I’d like help from forum moderators or staff.

Hi!

This is an issue on our side, it will be fixed once we move the service to a new server, but given the number of complaints, I just did a small workaround to decrease the noise.

Let me know if it was enough to solve your problem in 1-2 days :grin:

It’s working properly now! However, when we add a new journal to the process, we get the message that no more journals are accepted…why is that?

I’ve never seen this message, isn’t the “PKP PN is not accepting deposits at this time“?! If not, feel free to send a screenshot :slight_smile:
