PKP PN error, file already exists in the bag

Hi community,

I’m using OJS 3.3.0-15. We have some issues when depositing an specific issue to PKP PN.

Scheduled task logs throw [2023-10-15 18:17:23] [Notificación] Trying package deposit 1361 (Issue: 4958) (Local Status: [New], Processing Status: [Unknown], Lockss Status: [Unknown]) which corresponds to https://revistas.unal.edu.co/index.php/dyna/issue/view/4958

Hi @lcmartinezru,

This message looks strange, I’ve never seen this error. There’s a button on the interface to reset the deposit (it will regenerate the file and try again), can you click there and tell us what happens?

The deposit process runs once per day, so the result will be available tomorrow/after tomorrow, unless you have some technical skills to make it run faster.

I’m suspecting you might have duplicated submission files pointing to the same file, then it would explain this problem, therefore the fix would be to remove the duplicated file. But let’s try the “retry” button first.

I tried with “reset” button but I still have the same problem

I don’t understand why the logs are showing error with another journal and not with Dyna (the current journal is being packaged)

Hello,

I have made a search on the database for the images with same name 6446c51988b1c

MariaDB [ojs]> select * from files where path like “%6446c51988b1c%”;

Then I went to the folder journals/21/articles/68760/ and downloaded the image to identify it, immediately I went to the submission 68760, unpublished it and deleted and reuploaded the XML problematic image and it was automatically saved with another name 6537f5b79dd26.png.

Finally, the pkp pn scheduled task was manually re-executed and now the system status shows the issue as completed
