I have installed the PKP plugin on OJS (Open Journal Systems) version 3.3 with PHP 7.3. However, when trying to deposit to the server, I encounter an error message:
"Could not convert selected objects."
I have tried resubmitting multiple times over several days but still haven’t found an effective solution.
Steps I took leading up to the issue
- Logged into the OJS dashboard.
- Installed the PKP plugin.
- Filled in the required information for the deposit.
- Clicked submit to process the deposit.
- The error message appears:
"Could not convert selected objects."
What application are you using?
OJS version 3.3.0-4 with PHP 7.3.
