I’m running OJS 3.2.1.3 and I’m encountering a very similar problem. I’ve checked that PEAR::ARchive is installed and removed teh error message suppression as in [OJS 3.1.2] PKP PN Plugin error - Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned [close] - #36 by asmecher
However:
The modal / window that shows up says “test title”. This comes from js/build.js as I downloaded my upgrade package from https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/download/ojs-3.2.1-3.tar.gz
I guess that “test title” is a bug, isn’t it.
