It indexes most of the journals.

Then i get this error.

Im having this very same error but it doesnt seem to affect pdf conversion results

Hi all,

Those messages are coming from your PDF text extraction tools (not part of OJS itself, but set up for OJS to use in config.inc.php). It looks to me like OJS is running the text extraction tool on one of your PDFs, and the extraction tool is generating that message.
