PHP Fatal error on OJS 3.1.1

Hi im using OJS 3.1 and ive got this error in error log:
Call to a member function getContents() on null in /home/jimfbior/public_html/lib/pkp/classes/notification/managerDelegate/QueryNotificationManager.inc.php on line 126
Does anyone know what error is this? as i cant save form bcs of endless loading, maybe that bcs of this error

Is this related to your other post here: PHP Fatal error on OJS 3.1.1 ? If not, could you please elaborate what steps you are taking (or what you suspect is happening) at least?
