PHP error curl(52) when open the plugin gallery

Mr or Miss,excuse me. After installing OJS 3.3.0.21.The plugins gallery shows empty content.

There is an error message AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: Failed to retrieve the latest version info: cURL error 52: Empty reply from server (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)’.

Then I try to use curl -v ``https://pkp.sfu.ca to obtain the web page content also failed, with the prompt curl: (92) HTTP/2 stream 1 was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL_ERROR (err 1).

Is my server 47.83.7.247 blocked from connecting to pkp? Could you please help me? Thank you very much.

Hi @xiongfeiyan , can you check if the issue is still happening in your installation? Our systems team has made some adjustments that have hopefully resolved the issue.
