Steps I took leading up to the issue
Could you help us resolve the issue we’re having with the preservation module in OJS, which is stuck at the end of the deposit (capture) process? The URL for theRevista amazónica Ciencia y Tecnologia is https://revistas.uea.edu.ec/index.php/.
We are using OJS 3.3.0-17
