PDF renders blank page

Hi,
We are using OJS 2.4.7.1. (Linux based). We currently run two journals on the system. The one journal only gives a blank page when clicking on the PDF (without the PDF.JS PDF Viewer Plugin nor Google embedded viewer plugin enabled) see Archives | Southern African Journal of Gerontology. The download doesn’t work either. The other journal with exactly the same setup (with the DOI as exception) is fine in that teh PDF opens. Same file permission for the user. No idea as to how to approach this problem.

Hi @wynlib,

Your files directory (as configured in files_dir in config.inc.php) is either incorrect or the file permissions on its contents are such that OJS isn’t able to read them.
