PDF link redirects to homepage

Hi

I am having this problem:

  • when a user is logged in, they can see the journal issues and articles but once clicking on the PDF icon or article’s title, then they get redirected to the homepage

  • this user type has only ‘reader’ as access option

  • I don’t have this issue as the journal editor

Can anyone help please? Thank you

anyone please?? Could it be that I have an older version of OSJ installed? (I am waiting for CP panel log in details to install new version)… thank you!

Which version of OJS are you using? Please indicate this in your posts as it is relevant for troubleshooting.
