PDF files missing and cannot be opened

Hello everyone
We have a serious problem regarding pdf files. they disappear after sometime, even if we upload them again they will show missing message.
look at the following example:

when you click on the PDF icon, it is inacessible.

Hello,
take a look at your apache error.log file. The answer is usually there. Maybe you made some changes to the config.inc.php file and changed the path to the files folder? Check the permission too, files folder must readable by the apache user…
