I have successfully submitted a few full-text (Book manuscripts) on OMP 3.3.0.11. However, I cannot access the full text once I click the PDF button. It shows an error message as " This page isn’t working 10.xx.xx.xx is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500" . I hosted the OJS 3.3.0.11 LTS on the same server, and the PDF files are working fine on that. I have checked the permission for the OMP files directory and found it has full permission. The OJS is running with 80 ports and the OMP has 8080 ports. Could you please help to resolve this issue?
I have upgraded the OMP version to 33013 and resolved this issue. Now, I am able to access the PDF files.
