PayPal Subscription Problem

We have found that the button of subscription across PayPal is only a one button for pay, that not active a recurrent subscription. We don’t have found the button for that pay active will be a really a recurrent pay, where renew automaticaly.
Any idea?

I believe this is a setup you’ll need to do directly on your PayPal account. Upon a quick search, I found this reference that might be useful for you - Setting up subscriptions and recurring payments for your business.

We contact with PayPal, but they say us that the platform should has this buttom/option. They say that the PKP platform should has it. But we do not find it, or the process to implementate it.
What can we do?

Yes, there is a Paypal Plugin you can enable from your journal this does not create a button as you are requesting.
