PayPal Problem in OJS 3.1.1.2

Hello Team,

I am developer from India; I am facing problem PayPal integration in OJS 3.1.1.2.

I am following this process: -

  1. Create REST API on my Business Account (Like- Journal) (Link- https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/admin/manage-apps/)

  2. Fill the PayPal Payments Setting - Use LIVE API CREDENTIALS (Like - Account Name, Client ID, Secret)

But the PayPal payment is not working. Everytime when trie to make a purchase it shows a error. (Please see Attach Screenshot)

Did you use an Indian Credit Card? or from the same account? PayPal do not allow currently buyers from India to buy anything from the Indian merchants. Weird it is!
