Paperbuzz plugin not working

I’ve installed Paperbuzz plugin however its not working and doesn’t show the metrics on ojs sites.

i installed DOI plugin and enabled it.
database also show that paperbuzz plugin is enabled

are there any other requirements?
can you please let me know the settings for this plugin?
does this plugin require any special access like to pass firewall?

i used usage statistics plugin which displayed the graphs
