Ordering articles in issue as we want?

We are using 3.0.1, and currently, even we remove the sections displaying we cannot order articles in the issues as we want (as we enumerate the pages in the articles in our own way which is different from the OJS sections way).

Is this solved with the latest versions or?

Yes, this should be solved in the latest OJS version 3.1.1-2.
