orcidProfile plugin deleted in the backend but not frontend

Describe the issue or problem
I need to downgrade to 1.1.3.12 since the version that is currently installed does not work.

In cpanel, I went to file management and deleted the orcidProfile plugin. But I still get the message Plugin already installed, and is newer than the version available in the gallery.

What application are you using?
OJS 3.3.0.13.
orcidProfile= it does not say

Have you tried deactivating/uninstalling the plugin from OJS Control Panel?

Website → Plugins → Installed plugins
