Hi, one of the author is unable to link his ORCID to his published paper.

Can you please indicate which version of the ORCID plugin you’re using and which specific version of OJS (e.g. 3.3.0-13)?

We are currently using OJS 3.2.1.4. and ORCID version: v1.1.2.28
@Dulip_Withanage: this seems similar to this issue: ORCID plugin won't allow author to connect and authorize - #12 by kcawthorn - but is it supposed to be fixed in this user’s version (I think it its?)

Thank you for the information, but I don’t seem to understand much through the shared link.
I would like to specify that this particular issue has come up with only 1 co-author of a paper. In this case he is the second author and failed to link his ORCID.
But in another paper where he is the first author, the ORCID is working perfectly fine.
Hope this details might help in narrowing down to the specific problem.

did you try removing him once and adding him again ?
OJS 3.2.1 , we are currently only maintaining the plugin genral support, therefore I wanted to confirm whether that could solve your issue.
