Option Thank Reviewer OJS 3.0.2

HI.

I have a question regarding an option Thank Reviewer once the reviewer submitted the review of the paper. I click on Read review and then I click confirm and there should be an active possibility to click Thank Reviewer but in my case this is sometimes working and sometimes it is not. What can I do to enable this that it would be working constantly?

Hi @LeaVrecko,

Before debugging this in depth, I’d suggest considering an upgrade to the latest OJS. OJS 3.0.2 is now quite old and the reviewer assignment interface has changed considerably.
