Only the first 20 search results are shown OMP 3.2

Hi,

the list of search results is limited to 20 in OMP 3.2. This is due to

$itemsPerPage = SUBMISSION_SEARCH_DEFAULT_RESULT_LIMIT;

in lib/pkp/classes/search/SubmissionSearch.inc.php

and the fact that there is no paging in search.tpl (unlike in catalog.tpl).
