Hello,
in the installation I’m working on there is no text in the refbacks at the bottom of the article, only a linked dash.
see: http://www.rmojs.unina.it/index.php/rm/article/view/439/565
I saw the file readerReferrals.tpl and the value of: $referral->getReferralName() is empty.
Why? How can I set it?
Thanks,
Alfredo
Hi @Alfredo_Cosco,
As Editor, Section Editor, and Author, you should be able to edit the referral name. By default referrals are created without names when they’re detected; it’s the individual who approves the referral who is responsible for giving it an appropriate name.

Hi @asmecher,
I realized that names had to be setted in a static way, but the problem is: where?
I can’t find a page with a form where I can edit them.
Tnx
A.C.
Hi @Alfredo_Cosco,
Try e.g. logging in with an author account, then going to User Home > Author. You should see a link there that’ll take you into the referral management area.

I found it,
Thank you,
