One click reviewer screen, tabs not loading, URGENT

  • Description of issue:
    Reviewer receives email invitation with one-click approach to submission. However, on the reviewer’s screen tabs are not loaded. Please see the screenshot.

  • Steps you took leading up to the issue:
    Clicked the link in the reviewer’s invitation email. The same happens with any browser. The cache and cookies of the browser are clean.

  • What you tried to resolve the issue:

  • Error log messages if applicable:
    I can’t find any “Fatal” in error log. I see only “Deprecated” lines.
