One click reviewer screen, tabs not loading, URGENT

  • Application Version:
    OJS 3.1.2.4

  • Description of issue:
    Reviewer receives email invitation with one-click approach to submission. However, on the reviewer’s screen tabs are not loaded. Please see the screenshot.

  • Steps you took leading up to the issue:
    Clicked the link in the reviewer’s invitation email. The same happens with any browser. The cache and cookies of the browser are clean.

  • What you tried to resolve the issue:
    See the screenshot.

    I can’t find any “Fatal” in error log. I see only “Deprecated” lines.

Hi @BJBMS,

I’d suggest using your web browser’s developer tools to inspect the response that it’s having trouble parsing. See this thread for some guidance on how to do that: OJS 3.2.1-1 error: Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned - #19 by asmecher
