We recently upgraded to OJS 3.5. The One-Click Review function seems to work for University email accounts but not when sending it to a Gmail address. When we send it to a University email account, the reviewer can access the article immediately without using login details using link. However, when sending it to a Gmail account (and a non-profit account), the reviewer ends up on the login page and has to put in their login details. Is this a known issue and is there a way to solve it? I, unfortunately, do not have access to any backend data. Thanks.
