OMP Error 500 in a specific book

Hi everyone. We are using OMP 3.3.11 and I get an Error 500 while trying to open two books in our OMP. We published seven books, but only two shows this error in https://omp.uca.edu.ar/index.php/fyl/index

An example is:

Also I get this error when try to enter book ISBN:
