Hi,
I have created a journal to test OJS 3. I have published 2 fake issues, but when I question the OAI, my articles do not seem to have been harvested.
For example, this request returns an OAI error (Error Code noRecordsMatch No matching records in this repository) :
http://mydomain/ojs/index.php/myjournal/oai?verb=ListIdentifiers&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&set=journaltest:ART
What do I have to do to get my articles harvested?
p.s. the OAI has been enable in the settings …
Thank you
Mat
Hi @pigeonm,
What specific version of OJS are you using?

Hi @asmecher,
We use the version 3.0.1.0.
Thanks!

Hi @pigeonm,
Are these issues viewable through the reader’s interface?
How did you enter the issues – e.g. through the normal workflow, or the QuickSubmit plugin, or something else?

Hi!
I created the issues through the normal workflow (I don’t use any plugin) via the button “Create Issues” in Issue > Futures Issues.
After, I created articles, assigned them to the issue, managed the publication workflow of these articles and then, I published the issue.
Thanks (I hope it’s clear)
Mathieu
Hi @pigeonm,
Can you check the status
column in the submissions
table for the articles in question?

Hi,
They are under the “Archives” tab, and their status is “published”.
The issues that I published are, for their part, under the “Back Issues” tab.
Thanks,
Mathieu
Hi @pigeonm,
Did you check the database (using e.g. phpMyAdmin)?
