[OJS3] Change Logo in Website Settings does not work

Hello,

I tried to change the logo (Settings > Website) of your OJS 3 installation. The new Logo is displayed correctly in the backend, but in the frontend the old logo is still active – even after cleaning the cache, even after deleting the logo, rebuilding cache, uploading, rebuilding cache.

Any ideas? Bug?

Sorry – it works: I uploaded the new logo to the english language, but not to german …
