[OJS2.4.8] Archive Submissions?

Hi everybody,

we’re using a OJS 2.4.8 installation only for the reviewing and editing workflow, not for publishing. How can we archive articles, which are not rejected?

Hi @twa

I think you could use the option “OJS will not be used to publish the journal’s contents online.” in Setup 4.1 Access and Security Settings.
I am not sure if you would then still have to assign the article to an issue, then they will go to the editors queue “Archive”, I think.

thanks for your reply. For the completeness of this thread:

bozana’s hint was helpful. But you still have to assign a submission to an issue and publish the issue. Then the submission goes to »archive«.
