OJS stable_3.2.1 zip /lib/pkp folder empty

Downloaded OJS stable_3_2_1 from github and extracted the zip.
Folder /lib/pkp is completely empty.

Hi @DJ_Far,

Get the latest OJS package from https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/ojs_download/. If you need to work with the code from GitHub, you’ll need to use the git client, or manually download the contents of all submodules and put them in the right places.
