Describe the issue or problem
I’m using OJS version 3.0.2.0 , one of the editor team changed the plugin settings, he tried to turn off the tinyMCE plugin, after he turned off tinyMCE, and tried to refresh the page, the plugin gallery page keeps on loading status. Not only that, the Static Page page also experienced the same error.
