Most people use paypal with OJS to handle APCs, configuring paypal is outlined here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/using-paypal-for-ojs-and-ocs/en/

And submitting as an author, is outlined here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/en/authoring (for the most recent released versions of OJS 3.3 - in the future, please note what version of OJS/PKP software you’re using)
