OJS not displays pdf after migrate to another hosting

hi everyone, i have moved OJS from one server to another, but something seems to have gone wrong, so i have these questions:

  1. How should the permissions of the /ojsdata folder be?
  2. which php modules should be enabled
  3. How does OJS know where the files are, are they in a database? or is it that OJS builds the html inside /ojsdata
  4. In the old hosting, OJS was inside a folder, /public_html/magazine, in the new hosting it is in the root /public_html, but none of the files were modified.
  5. The config.inc.php file was configured correctly, the main OJS front page is visible, but not the pdf files.

Hi @Jorge_Luis_Ferrari,

Please have a look at our administrators guide: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/admin-guide/en/ as well as the README file from the OJS repository: ojs/README.md at main · pkp/ojs · GitHub

If you’re doing an upgrade, there is also the upgrading guide: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/dev/upgrade-guide/en/

Many of the answers to these questions can be found within this documentation.

Best regards,

Roger
