OJS: Language toggle doesn’t work on one subpage

Describe the issue or problem
On our OJS instance only the “About the journal” page (About > About the journal) ignores the language toggle.
Interestingly when I open the Developer Tools of the browser (tested on Firefox and Chrome), the language toggle works!

Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

  1. Go to www.tatup.de
  2. Click on ‘About’
  3. Click on ‘Abut the Journal’
  4. No language toggle takes place (or it’s okay for roughly 3 times, then it’s over)

What application are you using?
OJS 3.3.0.13

Any ideas are very welcome!

Hi @twa

Is there any plugin or code that’s only triggered on this page? If not, I’d disable all plugins not essencial to the journal working, clean caches and check if the problem is solved, than enabling plugins one by one, until the issue returns.
