The justboil.me image uploader hangs at Upload in progress when public/site does not exist.
This issue occurs even when apache/HTTPD has write permissions on public.
Creating public/site and granting write permissions to apache resolves the issue.

That directory should be automatically created when OJS is installed. Was it removed for some reason?
