Is there any way to have OJS generate a list of articles organized by author for readers to browse?
But was wondering if the process can be automated by OJS to include new authors/articles as they are published.

I don’t think there is something exactly as you describe. The thing that might come closest to this is the Article report (Statistics - Reports - Article Reports), however, that report is likely to contain a lot of additional information perhaps not relevant to readers. It would then be up to the journal to make that report available to users, and also sort it by author (which could be kind of tricky based on how the report is organized).
