OJS email templates

Hi,

I have a very strange problem, using OJS 3.1.2-4. The email that has been sent at publishing a new issue is completely different comparing with the email template PUBLISH_NOTIFY (New Issue Published).

So I am confused. Isn’t this template exactly what should be sent? Any idea where to find and change the template for the email that has been sent?

Thank you for the explanation.But, there where is this text stored/retrieved from? It must be somwhere. So maybe I can change it there.
