OJS cannot schedule for production unexpected error?

I got this error, last time this summer everything was fine!? The OJS is 3.3.0.10. Please help as I cannot publish the new issue

Are you able to check your PHP error logs? That might provide more clues as to what is going on.

I will check the error and post it.

Just noticed that after I tried to add the article to an issue and shedule the publication it says:
" This has been assigned to Vol. 13 No. 2 (2024) but it has not been scheduled for publication."

but the issue stays empty! So it prevents me from publishing

(also noticed /dont know if is related/ my Installed Plugins tab is constantly Loading… and plugins are not showing.)

I can see references to this error in other posts here in the forum, please have a look at these posts and try what is suggested:

OJS 3.3.0.7 SEARCH stopped working after update

Hi @Rafael_Patrick_de_So, did you check the [database] collation setting at config.inc.php? Besides that, if you search “Illegal mix of collations” on the forum you’ll find multiple topics about this issue. Here you have a few, even related to “search” functionality:
