Hello Dears,
It is a few days that I have a problem in article submission. I want to submit an article, for the first three section (start, upload submission and enter metadata) it is ok and it is working but in confirmation section when I click in finish submission it is loading without any changes.
Could please help me?

In cases such as these where you see the spinning wheel or similar behavior, it is best to check your PHP error logs. You can then report back on errors found there. Please see here for how to go about checking your error logs, if you are unsure of how to do this: How do I find my PHP error log?
