[OJS 3] Submission Acknowledgement Email is received empty?

Hi,
my Submission Acknowledgement template is enabled and the text template is looking fine (see below), however when new submission arrives the author gets an empty email with just the email footer signature? This was working fine before the upgrade to OJS3?

Hi @vebaev,

Does your installation contain a SUBMISSION_ACK_NOT_USER email template? (You can check in the Emails settings area.)

Here is a shot of all templates starting with Submission I do not see such SUBMISSION_ACK_NOT_USER

Ah, I’ve just discovered that this template wasn’t migrated to OJS from OMP. See this addition:
https://github.com/pkp/ojs/commit/55e3388054414ed613b113733a3c462c4f112a24

Applying that patch won’t install the email for existing journals; you can create it in the web interface and copy/paste the text in from the patch linked above.

I have noticed that I did not get email when new submission is arrived even I’m not checked the option “Do not send me an email for these types of notifications.” for “A new article, “Title,” has been submitted.” is this can be also template issue?
