OJS 3 problem with multy lingual sites [Solved]

I have noticed that if you install localization and then remove it there are still left forms for text input for that language.
We have journal that was localized to English, Serbian Latin and Serbian Cyrillic, but after migration we have disabled and uninstalled Serbian Latin, but it still remains in all forms, and that is very confusing for authors, especially as there are no information about language in forms and input fields.

Hi @knjigor,

Make sure that you’ve unchecked the UI, Submissions and Forms checkboxes for that language. This should prevent the extra form fields from appearing.

That solved a problem, I thought that if you uninstall locale fields wouldn’t be visible any more.
